18+ Verification Privacy Policy

Purpose
Idaho Furry Fry Basket uses age verification only to determine eligibility for designated 18+ areas of its Discord community. Didit is used for automated verification.
Information processed
During automated verification, Didit may process a government-issued identity document, information contained on that document, a live facial image, liveness information, and biometric information used for 1:1 face-to-ID comparison.
Information this service does not retain
- Government ID images or copies
- Selfies or liveness recordings
- Facial geometry or reusable biometric templates
- Exact date of birth
- Government identification numbers
- Legal name or residential address obtained from an ID
Minimum authorization record
Subject to applicable law, this service may retain a Discord user ID, successful 18+ status, verification date, verification method/provider, policy version, and confirmation that provider data was purged. In-person approvals may also identify the approving administrator by Discord ID and contain a non-sensitive administrative comment.
Retention and deletion
The automated system is designed to instruct Didit to delete the verification session promptly after the required result is processed. A member may use /delete-my-data in Discord to remove the locally retained verification credential and associated access.
Use restrictions
Verification information is not intended for advertising, behavioral profiling, marketing, or unrelated identification. The community does not sell biometric or age-verification information.
Choice
You may decline automated verification. Successful verification is required only for access to areas designated as 18+. An authorized administrator may separately approve an in-person ID inspection under the community's procedures.
